Many individuals in Zambia, especially in underserved communities, lack the financial resources necessary to attend a university after completing their primary education. iDream Trade School will be a vocational training institution dedicated to transforming lives through practical, market-relevant education by creating opportunities to acquire hands-on skills that can lead to meaningful employment. We seek to empower youth and adults with the technical competencies and entrepreneurial mindset necessary to succeed in today’s dynamic labor market.

Through the development of iDream Trade School, Operation iDream hopes to provide high-quality, competency-based training programs designed to bridge the gap between education and employment. With a strong emphasis on hands-on learning, industry relevance, and community impact, we will prepare our students to become skilled professionals, job creators, and active contributors to Zambia’s socio-economic development.
